"Never Heard Back!!!"
I tried getting in touch with bunn support about an issue I was having, and it felt like I was talking to nobody at all!!! I sent a message, waited a few days, then followed up again, and still didn’t get any clear response!!! I totally understand places get busy, but even a quick update would’ve been nice!!! Super frustrating when all you’re looking for is some basic customer service!!!

I was disappointed with this. A couple of the parts cracked way sooner than I expected, and overall it just feels kind of cheap. I dont really feel confident itll hold up with regular use.

I wanted to like it, but wow, it takes forever to brew. I kept thinking maybe it was almost done, then checking again, and nope, still going. It’s not the end of the world, but when I just want a quick cup of coffee, the wait feels way too long.

"Repair ended up being pointless"
I sent my Bunn in to get repaired and waited weeks to get it back, only for it to start leaking again. It’s not even about the waiting so much as the fact that nothing was actually fixed. On top of that, support kept passing me from one person to another, which made the whole thing even more frustrating

"Box arrived completely crushed"
I was disappointed when this showed up. The box was—actually, it was completely smashed, and the packaging was ripped open. The machine itself had dents on it too, so it definitely didn’t arrive in good condition.
"Started leaking sooner than I expected"
I bought this from bunn.com because I felt kind of pressured to just get a “reliable” coffee maker and figured this one would be a safe bet. Unfortunately, it started dripping from the bottom after brewing way too soon. Now I’m wiping up water from my counter almost every time I use it. For the price, I really expected better.

I’ve been using this carafe every morning, and lately it’s been driving me crazy. It drips all over the counter every single time I pour, and that’s the main thing I think about now when I use it. Maybe it seemed fine at first, but the recent leaking has made it really annoying.

I ordered from Bunn thinking it would ship out quickly, but it felt like nothing was happening for the longest time. The tracking barely changed, so I kept checking it every day with no real updates. It also had that frustrating feeling like there wasn’t an actual person there paying attention to the order. By the time it finally showed up, I had already gone and bought what I needed somewhere else. Definitely not happy with the shipping experience.

"Coffee Tasted Bad No Matter What I Tried"
I bought this from bunn.com the coffee just kept coming out weak and kind of bitter every single time. I tried changing the grind, the amount of water, even messed around with different settings, and at some point I was just like, why is this so complicated? It still tasted off no matter what I did. Disappointed overall.

I was trying to use bunn.com to look up some parts, and it got frustrating. I might’ve been missing something, or maybe I didn’t have the exact info they expected, but the menus didn’t really make sense to me. I kept clicking around and not getting much closer to what I needed. The search results weren’t much help either. Maybe it’s fine if you already know the exact part number, but I didn’t, so I eventually just gave up.

I don’t know, it just felt a bit too pricey for what you actually get. It’s not terrible or anything, but for the money... I expected more. Probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Wrong items and not much help"
I ordered a replacement sprayhead and a couple packs of filters from bunn.com, but when the box got here, it had a completely different part and only one pack of filters instead of two.
I double-checked my order confirmation because I thought maybe I messed something up, haha, but the order was correct on my end. Customer service kept asking me to send pictures, which I did, and then they pretty much stopped responding.
It was frustrating since I actually needed the part for work. This was my first time ordering directly from them, i’m not in a hurry to do it again
"Too much cleanup for my mornings"
I just wanted an easy coffee routine, and this has been the opposite for me. Every morning, I’m dealing with grounds stuck in random little spots, and the basket drips the second I pull it out. I bought it from bunn.com thinking I was making my life simpler, but that has not been my experience.
For me, it feels like I’m spending more time wiping down my counter and rinsing out parts than actually enjoying my coffee. I don’t have the patience for that before my day even gets going. Not worth it for me at all. 1 star.

"Warranty process was frustrating"
I tried getting help through the warranty for my brewer, and it’s been a headache. I might not have every detail or be seeing the whole picture, but from my side the replies were slow, the answers were kind of confusing, and I still don’t have a fix. Disappointing experience overall

"Good at first, but didn’t last"
I liked it when I first started using it, and it seemed like it would do the job just fine. Unfortunately, it didn’t hold up as long as I expected, especially with daily use. It’s okay for occasional use, but I’m not sure I’d buy it again.

I ordered from Bunn and it just took way longer to ship than I expected, and the whole time I was kind of left wondering what was going on. I reached out to support hoping for some actual update, but the replies were really short and didn’t explain much, so that was frustrating. Maybe it was just a bad experience, I don’t know, but after waiting that long and not getting clear help, I don’t really see myself ordering from there again.

"Felt like I was being sent in circles"
I was just trying to find a replacement part for my coffee maker, but the website made it way harder than it needed to be. I just needed one simple part for my Bunn coffee maker, but trying to find it on bunn.com was way more annoying than it should’ve been. Half the stuff seemed out of stock, and the site made it confusing to figure out what actually fit my machine. I also felt a bit talked down to while trying to get help, like I should already know exactly what to look for. Ended up wasting a bunch of time and just went somewhere else.
